We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions about care, contracts, or payments are ultimately between you and the communities you choose.

3. Eligibility and appropriate use

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the site.

4. No guarantees of availability or outcomes

We work hard to keep information about communities current, but availability, pricing, and services can change at any time. We cannot guarantee that a particular room, rate, or community will be available when you are ready to move forward.

We do not guarantee that any recommended community will be the "perfect" fit. Our role is to help you make a more informed decision, not to make the decision for you.

5. Fees and how we are compensated

Our services are free to families. When a family moves into a participating community we introduced, that community may pay us a referral fee. This arrangement allows us to provide guidance at no direct cost to you.

We aim to recommend communities based on fit—care needs, budget, and preferences—not solely on compensation. You are always free to choose any community you prefer.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree that you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all contracts and agreements with communities.
• Verifying pricing, services, and licensing directly with providers.
• Making final decisions about care and placement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Easy Care Finder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
