Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-08-19

Easy Care Finder Inc (“Easy Care Finder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://easycarefinder.com/ or engage with our services, including SMS communications.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
  • Mobile Information: Phone number provided for SMS communications.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages.
  • Cookies & Tracking Data: See Section 6 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and manage our services
  • Communicate with you regarding your account or inquiries
  • Send SMS messages you have opted into
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS Communications & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS messages from Easy Care Finder Inc, including but not limited to:

  • Customer support messages
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Appointment reminders
  • Promotional and marketing messages

Message Frequency: May vary.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, when you consent to advertising cookies, we disclose certain personal information — online identifiers, device information, and internet activity — to our advertising partners, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) and Google LLC, to measure and improve our advertising. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), these disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising are considered “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time — see “Your Right to Opt Out of Sharing” below. We do not knowingly share the health-related care details you submit with these advertising partners.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To provide our placement service, we share the lead and care details you submit with the specific licensed facilities we refer you to. This sharing is for placement purposes only, only with the facilities relevant to your search, and only with your consent, which you give by submitting the request form — a consent notice stating this appears directly beside the form's submit button. It is service delivery you requested, not third-party marketing.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Analyze website traffic and usage
  • Improve user experience
  • Understand user behavior

Non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) load only with your consent, which we collect through our consent manager (Usercentrics). You can review or change your choices at any time by reopening the consent manager via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on this page. You may also control cookies through your browser preferences; disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our SMS practices, contact us at:

How We Are Compensated

Our service is free to families. We are paid a referral fee by a facility when a placement occurs. This is how we keep the service free to you. Being paid a referral fee is a material connection between us and the facilities we refer you to.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep lead and outcome records in line with our retention policy: up to 1095 days (about three years) from the last time a record is updated, after which expired records are pruned.

California Privacy Notice

This policy is provided in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Bus & Prof Code §22575) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We treat the health-related care details you share as sensitive personal information and handle them accordingly.

Your Right to Opt Out of Sharing: California residents have the right to opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise it, use the link below to open our consent manager and decline the advertising category, or email us at support@easycarefinder.com:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or browser extension sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing: advertising consent is denied, and that denial persists beyond the browsing session in which we received the signal — it is not cleared when your session ends — regardless of any cookie-banner choice. This opt-out covers cross-context behavioral advertising with our advertising partners; it does not extend to other data uses, such as analytics, that are not “sharing” under the CPRA.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices as of the effective date above and may be updated from time to time.
